Session details

Sessions are 50 minutes and are available face-to-face or via Telehealth.

Costs and Medicare rebates

Medicare rebates are available to those who have a referral and Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from their GP or psychiatrist. This MHCP must be organised prior to the first claimable session.

Sessions cost $250. If you have a MHCP, you will receive a rebate of $141.85 per session for up to 10 sessions each calendar year.

What is a Mental Health Care Plan?

A mental health care plan is a plan your doctor writes with you about treating a mental health condition. It helps you access allied health professionals like a psychologist, psychiatrist, social worker or occupational therapist who can help you to get better and live well.

A mental health care plan lets you claim up to 10 individual and 10 group sessions with a mental health professional each calendar year.

​Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend an appointment, please provide 24 hours cancellation notice to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost. Medicare does not cover cancelled appointments.
